Shipping & Delivery Policy

- Bakery, sweets, wholesale and catering: delivered within the Eastern Province (Jubail, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Al Ahsa and nearby cities). Wholesale orders need 2–3 business days' notice. Delivery fees and available dates are shown at checkout. Pickup from Lylia, Jubail is also available.
- Coffee beans, mixes and shop items: shipped across Saudi Arabia, usually within 2–5 business days.
- Espresso machines, grinders and furniture: delivered across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Delivery time and cost are confirmed after ordering; made-to-order furniture includes production time.
- Pool table and café bookings: no shipping; services take place at Lylia, Jubail, Eastern Province.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
- المخبوزات والحلويات والجملة والضيافة: التوصيل داخل المنطقة الشرقية (الجبيل، الدمام، الخبر، الظهران، القطيف، الأحساء وما حولها). طلبات الجملة تحتاج ٢–٣ أيام عمل. رسوم التوصيل والمواعيد المتاحة تظهر عند الدفع، ويمكن الاستلام من ليليا بالجبيل.
- البن والخلطات ومنتجات المتجر: شحن لجميع مناطق المملكة خلال ٢–٥ أيام عمل عادةً.
- مكائن الإسبريسو والمطاحن والأثاث: توصيل داخل المملكة ودول الخليج، ويُؤكد الموعد والتكلفة بعد الطلب، والأثاث المصنوع حسب الطلب يشمل مدة التصنيع.
- حجوزات البلياردو والمقهى: لا يوجد شحن، والخدمة تُقدَّم في ليليا بالجبيل.
