Corvino Riserva Due
The Riserva cabinet and hydraulics in a two-boiler configuration — the same look and the same Italian components, sized for a busy independent café.
The Riserva Due keeps the exposed-frame design, the ODE valves, the FOT rotary pump, the GICAR flowmeter and the electronic pressure sensor of the flagship, and runs them on a 6 L steam / 1 L brew boiler set under T3 control. Independently heated groups and full copper pipework carry over unchanged.
- Dual boiler — 6 L steam boiler and 1 L brew boiler, separately controlled.
- T3 control system — Independent steam and brew boiler temperature, brew head temperature, pre-infusion, brew volume and flow rate.
- Italian hydraulics — ODE valves, FOT rotary pump, GICAR flowmeter and electronic pressure sensor.
