Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pool table bookings

Cancel at least 2 hours before your booked start time for a full refund.
Cancellations less than 2 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are not refunded.
You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you contact us at least 2 hours before your start time.
If we have to cancel your booking (for example a table fault), you will receive a full refund.

Bakery, sweets and wholesale (B2B) orders

Because these are fresh, perishable products, they cannot be returned once delivered.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before preparation starts (at least 24 hours before the delivery date).

Catering and café bookings

Cancel at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before the event receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event are not refunded.

Espresso machines, grinders and other products

You may return unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with Saudi consumer protection rules.
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page.

Alholail Design furniture

Ready-made pieces may be returned unused, in original condition, within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is at the customer's cost.
Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except for manufacturing defects.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below with your order number.

حجوزات طاولات البلياردو

يمكنك الإلغاء قبل موعد البدء بساعتين على الأقل واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً.
لا يُسترد المبلغ عند الإلغاء قبل أقل من ساعتين من الموعد أو عند عدم الحضور.
يمكنك تغيير الموعد مرة واحدة مجاناً إذا تواصلت معنا قبل الموعد بساعتين على الأقل.
إذا ألغينا الحجز من طرفنا (مثل عطل في الطاولة) يُسترد المبلغ كاملاً.

المخبوزات والحلويات وطلبات الجملة

لأنها منتجات طازجة سريعة التلف، لا يمكن إرجاعها بعد التسليم.
إذا وصل منتج تالف أو خاطئ أو ناقص، تواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من التسليم مع صورة وسنستبدله أو نسترد قيمته.
يمكن إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً قبل بدء التحضير (قبل موعد التسليم بـ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل).

الضيافة وحجز المقهى

الإلغاء قبل المناسبة بـ٧٢ ساعة على الأقل: استرداد كامل.
الإلغاء بين ٢٤ و٧٢ ساعة قبل المناسبة: استرداد ٥٠٪.
الإلغاء قبل أقل من ٢٤ ساعة: لا يوجد استرداد.

مكائن الإسبريسو والمطاحن والمنتجات الأخرى

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات غير المستخدمة في تغليفها الأصلي المغلق خلال ٧ أيام من التسليم واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً وفق أنظمة حماية المستهلك في المملكة.
تكلفة شحن الإرجاع على العميل إلا إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو أُرسل منتج خاطئ.
المنتجات المعيبة مشمولة بضمان الشركة المصنعة الموضح في صفحة المنتج.

أثاث الهليل للتصميم

يمكن إرجاع القطع الجاهزة غير المستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية خلال ٧ أيام من التسليم، وتكلفة التوصيل للإرجاع على العميل.
القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها بعد بدء التصنيع، إلا في حال وجود عيب تصنيع.
