This website is operated by Ahmed Mohammed Alholail Trading Company (Commercial Registration 7037884199), trading as Lylia, together with its Corvino and Alholail Design product lines, Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and bookings
All orders and bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error), in which case you will receive a full refund.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Any applicable fees are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
3. Pool table bookings
Your booking reserves the selected table for the selected date, start time and duration. Please arrive on time; late arrival does not extend the booking. Guests must follow café rules and are responsible for damage caused to tables or equipment. Cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Food products, catering and wholesale
Product descriptions list main ingredients; please tell us about any allergies before ordering, as our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Wholesale (B2B) items are sold in full trays only.
5. Machines and furniture
Product photos are for illustration; natural wood varies in grain and colour. Delivery times for machines and furniture are estimates and will be confirmed after ordering. Warranty terms are stated on the product page.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and consumer protection regulations.

يُدار هذا الموقع من قِبل مؤسسة أحمد محمد الهليل التجارية (سجل تجاري ٧٠٣٧٨٨٤١٩٩) باسم ليليا، مع خطوط منتجات كورفينو والهليل للتصميم، الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. باستخدامك للموقع أو إتمام طلب أو حجز فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. الطلبات والحجوزات
جميع الطلبات والحجوزات حسب التوفر وتُؤكَّد بعد إتمام الدفع. يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء الطلب (مثل عدم توفر المنتج أو ظهور سعر خاطئ) مع استرداد المبلغ كاملاً.
٢. الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتظهر أي رسوم قبل الدفع. تتم المدفوعات بشكل آمن عبر مزودي الدفع ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
٣. حجوزات البلياردو
يضمن حجزك الطاولة المختارة في التاريخ والوقت والمدة المحددة. يُرجى الحضور في الموعد، فالتأخير لا يمدد مدة الحجز. يلتزم الضيوف بأنظمة المقهى ويتحملون مسؤولية أي ضرر للطاولات أو المعدات. يخضع الإلغاء لسياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء.
٤. المنتجات الغذائية والضيافة والجملة
يُرجى إبلاغنا بأي حساسية قبل الطلب، إذ يتعامل مطبخنا مع المكسرات والألبان والقمح والبيض. منتجات الجملة تُباع بالصينية الكاملة فقط.
٥. المكائن والأثاث
الصور للتوضيح، والخشب الطبيعي يختلف في العروق واللون. مواعيد توصيل المكائن والأثاث تقديرية وتُؤكد بعد الطلب. شروط الضمان موضحة في صفحة المنتج.
٦. الحسابات
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلاله.
٧. المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على قيمة الطلب المدفوعة.
٨. النظام المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما فيها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية وأنظمة حماية المستهلك.
